Oversees all programming committees, works on several theme weekends including Husky WoW and Family Weekend, and co-programs with other organizations

Vice President for Finance & Administration
Financial manager of SUBOG, approves all SUBOG expenditures

Advertising & Marketing Chairperson
Coordinates campaigns to promote SUBOG and the events they run.

Public Relations & Info. Media Chairperson
Writes press releases, assists in website management, organizes display cases, documents/takes photos at events.

Comedy Chairperson
Helps bring both big and small name comedians to the UConn campus. Recent performers: Dane Cook, Kathy Griffin and Bruce-Bruce

Concert Chairperson
Brings musicians to perform on campus for students. Recent performers include: All American Rejects, Red Man and Method Man and Dashboard Confessional. Contact:

Major Weekends Chairperson
Coordinates events held during major weekends, such as Homecoming and Winter Weekend

Lecture Chairperson
Provides entertaining and diverse speakers on various topics.

Fine & Performing Arts Chairperson
Plans diverse and cultural events such as Def Poetry Jam, UConn Idol, and student art shows

Special Events Chairperson
Organizes unique events on campus such as One Ton Sundae and hypnotist James Mapes

Sports Promotion Chairperson
Arranges transportation for Roadshows and promotes other sporting events around campus and in New England.

Travel Chairperson
Arranges special trips off campus both locally and out-of-state.

Daytime Programming Chairperson
Organizes Daytime events and other Student Union happenings

Film Chairperson
Coordinates the films that are played in the Student Union Theatre.
